Season’s Greetings To All

Holiday Reflections from Henry Poor & Home Works
At this special time of year all of us at Henry Poor & Home Works would like to extend season’s greetings to all our customers, vendors and friends in our community.  As the year draws to a close may we continue to be thankful for our many blessings.  Blessings that we are so prone to forget; our families and friends, our good health, our many freedoms, and most importantly, to be able to worship in a country where we can achieve so much.

With job losses and unemployment still evident in our community it is important to remember to offer a helping hand to those who are struggling.  The Henry Poor Lumber & Home Works families will continue to support Habitat for Humanity, United Way and many church and community organizations this year. We would encourage our customers, friends and suppliers to also give to their local charitable causes and church community, to assist those who are not as blessed and fortunate as we are. For that we would like to thank you.

During the holidays we find it very comforting to have family and friends close, so please keep those serving in our armed forces around the world in your thoughts and prayers.  May they, too, return home safely and be appreciated for the sacrifices they are making for our country and way of life.

It is with these reflections and a strong faith that your friends at Henry Poor Lumber and Home Works would like to wish you and your family and friends a Blessed Christmas and a prosperous 2011.

From Our Family to Yours,

Henry Poor Lumber & Home Works
